1. Rotating cup speed of spraying robot
The rotation speed of the spraying robot is an important element of the atomization precision of the high-speed rotating cup. When other process parameters remain unchanged, the rotating cup speed is larger and the coating diameter is smaller. At a slightly lower speed, the influence of the speed on the atomization fineness is significantly greater than in the high-speed range.
The rotation speed of the spray robot will affect the film thickness. When the speed is too low, it will cause rough coating; spraying robots and fine atomization will cause paint mist loss (caused by spray), which will shake the film thickness; at the same time, when ultra-fine spraying, the spraying room is very sensitive to air. In addition to the excessive rotation speed of the rotating cup, it will cause excessive wear of the turbine bearings, increase the consumption of compressed air and reduce the amount of solvent contained in the coating. The optimal rotation speed of the coating robot can be confirmed by the flow rate characteristics of the coating used. It also presents a layered patent leather, which will produce undesirable phenomena such as bubbles or uneven paint drop sizes.

The upper limit is determined by the fineness of atomization and the effect of electrostatic coating.
