An electrostatic field is formed between the end of the spray gun and the car. The paint is mostly a polymer organic conductive medium, which is sprayed out after being atomized by a nozzle. The particles are charged by the contact of the main needle of the muzzle. These negatively charged paint particles are guided by the electrostatic field to move on the surface of the car with polarity. 1. Staff operating skills factors
Perform statistical analysis on the operation certificate and working years of the spray paint operators at the production site. The personnel have participated in the training and examination organized by the training center as required, and have obtained the operation certificate, and the working years have been more than 8 years, with a wealth of Spraying experience. Analyzing the feedback of the uneven spraying fault, it is believed that there is no obvious correspondence between the fault and the operator. Insufficient skills of the fault operator is not the main factor.
2. Raw material quality factors
The paint, thinner, and curing agent have been tested before use, and only used after they are qualified. During the spraying process, there were no large-area uneven paint spraying failures. Therefore, it is believed that the possibility of uneven paint spraying due to unqualified paint, curing agent, thinner and other raw materials is less.
3. Analysis of compressed air pressure
Insufficient spraying compressed air pressure can easily cause insufficient paint atomization or insufficient paint spraying power, resulting in uneven spraying. Rotary cup spray gun manufacturers generally require the spray gun pressure to be 0.35~0.5MPa at the production site. There is a pressure indicator for the compressed air of the electrostatic spray gun on the pump body of the electrostatic spray gun, which can monitor the pressure value of the compressed air at any time. On-site feedback indicated that the spraying operation was not carried out when the compressed air pressure was insufficient, so insufficient spraying compressed air was not the main factor.
4. Analysis of the influence of the temperature and humidity of the spray gun environment
When painting, environmental temperature and humidity have an impact on the quality of painting. If the relative humidity of the construction site is too high, exceeding 80% or reaching saturation, due to the adsorption of water vapor on the metal surface, a very thin water curtain that is invisible to the naked eye will be attached to the sprayed surface, which will affect the quality of the paint film. Therefore, it is stipulated that the temperature of the construction site is 18~25℃, the relative humidity is 45%~65%, the ambient temperature should not exceed the range of 12~30℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%. Check the on-site temperature and humidity record table and work records, and do not work when the temperature and humidity do not meet the requirements, so the influence of the temperature and humidity of the spraying environment is not the main reason.
